     Tiered-Membership Policy –

1. Purpose:  The purpose of this Policy is to establish a tiered membership program (“Program”) that allows any Alumnus to contribute to the Alumni Club and, in turn, receive the benefits awarded to Voting Members.  Every Voting Member is encouraged to participate in the business of the Alumni Club.
2. Term of Membership: With the exception of Legacy Members, the term of membership shall be for one year, beginning July 1 of the year in which these dues are paid and extending through June 30 of the following year (“Membership Year”).  The term of membership for Legacy Members shall be a lifetime membership.
3. Dues:  The Alumni Club shall assess and collect dues in accordance with this Policy and the Alumni Club Bylaws.  Dues shall be assessed in the following amounts:

     Tiers (Membership Levels) –

1. Oxford Members:  Oxford membership is available to any Alumnus who graduated, withdrew, or transferred from Emporia State University within two (2) years of paying dues.  Oxford Members shall pay $18.48 for the Membership Year. 
2. Epsilon Members:  Any Alumnus is eligible for Epsilon membership.  Epsilon Members shall pay $50 for the Membership Year. 
3. Beta Sigma Tau (“BST”) Members:  Any Alumnus is eligible for BST membership.  BST members shall pay $125 for the Membership Year. 
4. Legacy Members:  Any Alumnus is eligible for Legacy Membership.  Legacy Members shall pay one lump sum of dues in the amount of $1,000 at any point in time and shall thereafter be Voting Members for as long as they remain an Alumnus.

20% of your membership dues goes towards the Sound Learning and Leadership Fund and 20% goes towards Chapter House Improvements

     Membership Benefits –

1. Voting Members shall enjoy the following benefits:
   • Voting privileges as described in the Alumni Club Bylaws and policies;
   • Gift items as approved by the Board, which may include, but are not limited to, gift cards to the national Phi Delta Theta store, alumni lapel pins, Phi Delta Theta merchandise, or gift bags; and
   • Discounts as described herein:
     • Oxford Members shall receive a five percent (5%) discount on admission to Alumni Club-sponsored events and merchandise purchases from the Alumni Club for the Membership Year.  As an incentive to join, this discount is available to Oxford Members upon joining, even if the Membership Year has yet to begin.
     • Epsilon Members shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount on admission to Alumni Club-sponsored events and merchandise purchases from the Alumni Club for the duration of the Membership Year.  As an incentive to join, this discount is available to Epsilon Members upon joining, even if the Membership Year has yet to begin.
     • BST Members shall receive a fifteen percent (15%) discount on admission to Alumni Club-sponsored events and merchandise purchases from the Alumni Club for the duration of the Membership Year.  As an incentive to join, this discount is available to BST Members upon joining, even if the Membership Year has yet to begin.
     • Legacy Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount on admission to Alumni Club-sponsored events and merchandise.
