The Merchant House Corporation (MHC) exists to ensure the continued growth and stability of Phi Delta Theta’s Kansas Epsilon chapter through sound financial planning and guidance to the active chapter. As a separate corporate entity, the MHC manages the financial and physical responsibilities that allow the chapter to focus on its core mission of brotherhood and leadership development.

The Corporation’s responsibilities include retiring incurred debts, securing adequate insurance coverage for the chapter house and its members, and meeting tax obligations for both the Corporation and the Chapter. The MHC also funds projects related to the safety and welfare of members, structural improvements that add value and usability, and major upkeep of the physical plant. Through this work, the Corporation safeguards the chapter house for current members and the generations of brothers to come.
